Approach
How a Discussion Is Handled
Four stages. Consistently applied.
These stages describe method, not outcome. DILEX Capital does not promise that any opportunity will progress, complete or attract financing.
01Method
A Considered, Practical Sequence
- 01
Understand the opportunity
The first step is simply to understand what is being proposed: the commercial idea, the participants involved, the requirement behind it and the outcome being sought.
- Initial discussion
- Scope clarification
- Requirement definition
- 02
Assess commercial context and fit
The opportunity is considered against its commercial logic, practical constraints, relevant requirements and whether DILEX Capital is an appropriate participant at all.
- Commercial logic
- Practical constraints
- Suitability review
- 03
Structure a practical pathway
Where a discussion continues, a workable sequence is set out — roles, documentation flow, information requirements and the order in which matters need to be addressed.
- Sequencing
- Roles and responsibilities
- Documentation flow
- 04
Support coordination and execution
DILEX Capital supports coordination between participants as a discussion progresses. Any engagement remains subject to separate written agreement and to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Coordination support
- Participant liaison
- Progress structuring
02Sequence
Structure Before Momentum
Work progresses only where the commercial context supports it. DILEX Capital provides strategic, commercial, trade and project advisory services. It does not act as a broker, securities dealer, investment dealer, portfolio manager, asset manager or fund manager, and does not hold client funds.
